In Memory of Dr. Jane Goodall

dr. jane goodall speaks at a conference in nepal

We are terribly sad to hear the unfortunate news of the passing of Dr. Jane Goodall. Dr. Goodall put advocacy for animals at the forefront of discussion and thought for decades – constantly pushing for compassion in the face of cruelty and mistreatment. Her never-ending drive to change attitudes and contribute with her voice and perspective helped advance the mission of not only NAVS, but countless others pushing for ethics and compassion. We are forever grateful for her life, for her work, and for her compassionate spirit. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and all those affected by her legacy.
